Yes, we embrace our Christian faith at Camp Wildwood while warmly welcoming guests from all backgrounds. We aim to create an environment that provides a safe space for children to explore questions of faith and uncover the incredible story of God's love for them.
Every day, campers gather for 'chapel-like' morning and evening sessions featuring uplifting music and age-appropriate teachings that inspire and engage. Additionally, there is cabin time for cabin groups to reflect on their experiences and ask questions, fostering meaningful conversations and deeper connections throughout the week. what does a day at camp look like?
Every day, you can expect camp-wide games, field games, waterfront, activity rotation, age-appropriate bible teaching, campfires, night games and an age-appropriate lights-out time!
Each of our camps is designed and crafted to fit your camper's age bracket appropriately. Can you put my child in a cabin with their friends?
We do our very best to honour all cabin mate requests, although we can only guarantee one mutually requested friend.

cabin life
At Camp Wildwood, camper safety and comfort are top priorities. Each cabin is overseen by a Senior and Junior Leader, carefully selected and trained to foster camaraderie, lead activities, and ensure a memorable experience.
Our staff undergo rigorous interviews, comprehensive training, and thorough background checks before joining the Camp Wildwood team, ensuring a secure environment for all campers. Health and SAFETY
At Camp Wildwood, the well-being of our campers is paramount. We prioritize health and safety to ensure each child can fully immerse themselves in the camp experience.
Upon arrival, campers personally check in with our trained First Aid and Nursing staff, who meticulously review medical forms, prescriptions, allergies, and any other concerns. We maintain open communication with parents regarding health and behavioural matters, allowing everyone to feel confident and informed throughout their child's stay. Food and diet
At Camp Wildwood, we understand the importance of good food for a great camp experience. Following the Canada Food Guide, our dedicated kitchen staff prepares delicious home-style meals daily, served cafeteria-style, ensuring everyone is well-fed and satisfied.
We offer vegetarian and gluten-free options and strive to accommodate special dietary needs. While we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free facility, we make every effort to maintain a nut-free environment in our kitchen and tuck shop. We kindly ask all guests and campers to support us in this effort by refraining from bringing nut products onsite. check in and check out
